His Word Christian Centre exists to build a people who know God's Word, understand His will and live according to His ways.

Pastor Sphiwe Magcanya is the founding pastor of His Word Christian Centre, a vibrant ministry committed to lifting Jesus up through the reading, teaching, and living of His Word. He is a passionate preacher, teacher, pastor, chaplain, qualified Marriage Officer, and Commissioner of Oaths, with a strong heart for developing people, strengthening families, and building healthy, Christ-centred communities.

Known for his practical, thought-provoking approach to Scripture, Pastor Sphiwe combines sound biblical teaching with a contemporary perspective on faith, leadership, relationships, and everyday life. His ministry carries a particular emphasis on seeing people restored, healed, and matured in Christ. His life and ministry are anchored in this simple conviction: His Will. His Way. His Word.

From the moment you arrive, our welcoming team will be there to greet you and help you feel at home. Our service runs from 08:00 to 10:00, and we encourage you to come as you are — there’s no special dress code, just come ready to worship! We welcome visitors from all backgrounds, and our team will gladly assist you with information about the languages used during the service, children’s church, and wheelchair access.
